Welcome to the web site of the Lung and Asthma Information Agency. We are a small academic unit within St George’s, University of London, providing epidemiological data on lung diseases and allergies.

You can find the latest statistics on admissions, mortality or other indicators for a selection of respiratory conditions in our Current Stats section. We have recently added statistics for occupational asthma and mesothelioma here.

We have lots of information on many different respiratory conditions and diseases . This includes charts showing trends over time and current patterns. All of our earlier factsheets can also be found here. More in-depth journal articles can be found in publications.
